Our students go on to amazing things!

100% of our Level 3 technical students achieved a pass, showcasing their diligence and determination. In the field of ICT, 80% of students have earned the prestigious Distinction, while in Engineering, a remarkable 92% have attained at least a Merit grade. All mathematics and English A-level students achieved a minimum of C grade, emphasizing the well-rounded education and support that UTC Swindon offers. A significant number of students have secured coveted apprenticeships with renowned industry giants such as Siemens, Airbus, The Royal Air Force, BAE Systems and Agrekko. At GCSE, our English results have improved and students obtaining Level 2 qualifications were broadly inline with 2019 results despite the disruption in education over the last two years. Students have moved on to some fantastic destinations including BMW, Royal Navy and Catalan. 87% of year 11 have remained in STEM related industries or further studies.
UTC Swindon is an innovative, employer-focused, high-tech school for students aged from 14 to 19, specialising in engineering and digital technologies. UTC Swindon is different to an existing traditional school – we deliver first class education in an environment that feels like the workplace. This is achieved by delivering the curriculum through employer-led projects which tackle real industry issues.
