During the week of 11 November, UTC Swindon students completed a variety of challenges during their lunchbreak in order to raise money for Children in Need.

On Monday, they took part in a fitness competition, which saw students from Year 10 and Year 11 competing in a series of sit ups, push-ups, jumping jacks and burpees to see how many they could do in one minute. Otis was crowned the winner of this challenge – well done Otis!

On Tuesday, they competed in The Great UTC Quiz Off with Tim’s team winning and on Thursday, it was all about the singing as they entered into a karaoke competition.

Finally, on Friday, students wore non-uniform to raise further funds.

We are pleased to say the students raised £135 for this fantastic charity, and we would like to thank them for their efforts and contributing to a great cause.
