ABOUT US

The UTC opened in September 2014 with a new approach to educating 14-19 year olds; through a focus on technical subjects that bridge the gap between the world of education and the world of work.

All students at UTC Swindon specialise in either Engineering, Digital or Cyber Security; at 14 they also study a rich, balanced curriculum and at post 16 the curriculum becomes more specialist. At capacity, we will be educating 600 students who will all have a passion for Engineering or Digital; it truly is an inspirational environment.

We pride ourselves on our strong team, unique curriculum, excellent training and flexible work opportunities. We are passionate about providing the best opportunities for our staff and our young people. 

Our school hours are 8.30am to 4pm. UTC Swindon is centrally located with excellent transport links close by.

We recommend a tour of the UTC and informal conversations are encouraged.  We reserve the right to withdraw job vacancies at any time ahead of the closing date if there is a good level of response. Therefore we would recommend that you submit your application as early as possible.
