UTC Swindon received a great turn out on Thursday 10 May for its latest open event, opening the doors to prospective Year 10 and 12 students and their parents.
Visitors had the opportunity to explore the school, being taken on a tour by one of the current students and able to ask questions about life at a UTC, and what it has to offer.
A talk was then given by Principal, Jon Oliver in the main hall, who discussed the curriculum in more depth and how the employer partnerships work, as well as what a typical day is like in a UTC and why students come here.
